Stockport Homes are one of our latest data capture projects which involves tagging Stockport Housings assets-things like barriers, balustrades and gates.
In the first week on-site we completed 2,324 properties, fully processed including photos tagged and linked to the feature.
At the end of this project Stockport Homes will end up with all their Gates, Barriers and Ballustrades asset tagged along with their details, photo and pinpoint location on GISMO (ODC’s Cloud Mapping Software).
The idea following this capture is then for Stockports contractors to use GISMO and the form created against this layer to capture further information such as condition. This can then be analysed real-time to understand any maintenance requirements.
